The Tukue Pamoja Program is one of RACAS Foundation's flagship initiatives, designed to address the persistent financial gap between men and women in Bagamoyo District. The Program empowers women entrepreneurs through comprehensive training, provision of essential business equipment, and promotion of sustainable income-generating activities.

Funded by the European Union and Global Youth Mobilization, the six-month program covered business planning, record keeping, customer service, product quality enhancement, and market linkage strategies. In 2025, 30 women completed training in Bagamoyo, reporting improved business confidence and stronger financial management skills.
