Rahmatullah Children Advocacy and Support (RACAS) Foundation, based in Dar es Salaam, is a registered non-profit organization operating across Tanzania.

Dedicated to championing the well-being and rights of children and vulnerable communities, RACAS upholds the principles of compassion, justice, and collaboration.

Guided by its 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, the Foundation focuses on sustainable development and social change, empowering children and women throughout Tanzania.

Message from Executive Director

A vision in action, a promise fulfilled

It is with immense pride and deep gratitude that I present the RACAS Foundation's Annual Report for 2025 — our second annual report and a defining milestone year for our organization.

The year 2025 has been one of bold steps, meaningful partnerships, and tangible impact. Most notably, we officially launched the Empower Her Poultry Project in Bunju, Dar es Salaam, in partnership with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TiKA) — our most ambitious initiative to date, targeting 500 women in modern poultry farming and agribusiness between 2025 and 2027.

None of this would be possible without our dedicated team, generous donors, and committed partners.

Together, we are building the sustainable, inclusive future we envision.
