Racas Foundation was established in 2023 with a vision to make a lasting impact in our community.

The Rahmatullah Children Advocacy and Support (RACAS) Foundation is a non-profit organization registered and operating in Tanzania. We are deeply committed to championing the well-being and rights of children, young people, and women, founded on the principles of compassion, justice, and collaboration.

With a steadfast focus on sustainable development, RACAS embodies the spirit of empowerment, unity, and hope. While our programs are open to all communities in Tanzania, we promote education, fairness, and community growth for all ensuring that every child and woman has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

Since our founding, RACAS Foundation has grown from a grassroots initiative into a credible civil society organisation with an active presence across multiple councils and districts in the Dar es Salaam and Pwani regions. In 2025, we achieved some of our most ambitious milestones to date, including the launch of the Empower Her Poultry Project in partnership with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TiKA), and the completion of the Tukue Pamoja Program funded by the European Union and Global Youth Mobilization.
